Work in Progress: Robot/Roboter
Sometimes it’s interesting to have a look behind the scenes. Today I show you what has to happen to get such a cute little robot friend:

Manchmal ist ein Blick hinter die Kulissen einfach nett. Drum zeige ich hier mal, was passieren musste, damit Lilith diesen süßen Roboter in ihren Armen halten konnte:
Everything starts with a sketch on my computer:

Bei mir beginnt immer alles mit einer Skizze am Computer:
And then: Print the sketch, cut it out, pin it on the chosen fabric, cut the fabric, neat the edges, decorate it…

Dann wird die Skizze ausgedruckt, ausgeschnitten, auf den ausgewählten Stoff aufgesteckt, geschnitten, versäumt, ein bisschen dekoriert…
Do a little bit embroidery, sew the arms and fill them with doll wadding.

Noch ein bisschen Sticken, die Arme nähen und mit Puppenwatte füllen:
Sew the front and back together and don’t forget the arms. Fill the robot with wadding:

Vorder- und Rückseite zusammennähen, dabei die Arme nicht vergessen und den Roboter mit Watte füllen:
Sew it together with blind stitch - and that’s it. Not that difficult, right?
So, just give it a try, imagine something nice and sew the stuffed animal that you have always dreamed of

Zum Schluß wird die Puppe mit einem Blindstich per Hand geschlossen - und das war’s schon! Nicht so schwierig.
Also, versuch es selbst mal, denk Dir was Nettes aus und näh das Stofftier Deiner Träume

Hallo,
endlich mal jemand, der genähtes auch am PC entwirft - ich mache das u.a. mit meinen Aplikationen für diese Armytaschen so, da wird die Tasche abfotografiert und dann erstmal in Photoshop appliziert
Schön, dass du deine Technik hier mal zeigst, sehr interessant!

Das ist ja klasse! WIe machst Du das denn am PC? Hast Du da ein spezielles Programm oder kann das frau auch am “normalen” PC ohne extra Programm entwerfen? (Habe auf meinem Laptop Suse und kenne die Bearbeitungs-Programme leider auch noch nicht so gut *seufz*.
Die Robos sehen übrigens mal wieder total schön aus!

Ja, Kati - bei solchen Arbeiten bietet es sich ja wirklich auch an, das am Computer zu machen - freut mich, dass Du den bericht interessant findest
Ines, nein, dafür gibt es keine speziellen Programme. Es gibt verschiedene professionelle Graphik-Programme wie Photoshop, Illustrator usw. Wenn man im Umgang mit den programmen allerdings nicht geübt ist, bringt es einem sicher keine Vorteile. Jede einfache mit der Hand gezeichnete Skizze eignet sich genauso gut.
Cecie - ich finde aber wirklich, dass jede handgezeichnete Skizze als Nähvorlage genauso gut ist wie eine am Computer erstellte Grafik. Ich mache jetzt seit ca. 10 Jahren Illustrationen und Grafiken am Computer und bin es einfach so sehr gewöhnt - und der eigentliche Vorteil ist für mch, dass ich die Sachen so gleich archiviert habe. Sonst müsste ich die handgezeichneten Skizzen erst einscannen usw.

wie werden die gesicht bei den plüschtieren gemacht? mit filz??? aber wenn ja dass is doch nich waschbar! bin durch google auf die seite gestoßen weil ich meinem patenkind ein plüschtier selbst machen will. bin hin und weg von den tierchen!!! HAMMER!!! die würd ich mir alle in mein zimmer stellen

Ja, die Gesichter sind aus Filz - und Filz ist eine Stoffart, die sich problemlos waschen lässt. Allerdings sollte man möglichst hochwertigen Filz verwenden.
Meine eigenen Kinder haben natürlich auch selbstgemachte Puppen von mir - und meine zarte Tochter ist ein kleines Ferkelchen und badete schon so manche Puppe in Matsch- und Pampe-Bädern. So dass die Puppen schon oft gewaschen wurden. Das ist gar kein Problem.

Hello beautiful site and wonderful toys! Im sure you have been asked this a million times but I couldn’t tell if there was a pattern to print out for the robot or is it just a tutorial on what to do? I have no talent for sketching things on my computer so I do hope there is a download somewheres for this
